Netflix plans to acquire Warner Bros. for around $82.7 billion

Netflix, Inc. will acquire Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. for approximately $82.7 billion in enterprise value and $72.0 billion in equity value. The acquisition would give Netflix ownership of Warner Bros. Discovery, including its film and television studios, as well as HBO Max and HBO. The proposed acquisition is contingent upon receiving regulatory approval.
