Keyera is set to acquire Plains’ Canadian natural gas liquids division

Keyera plans to acquire Plains' Canadian business related to natural gas liquids and other assets for approximately CAD 5.15 billion. Keyera holds assets in natural gas liquids throughout both western and eastern Canada.
